Abstract
⺠Monocyte-derived DCs (MD-DCs) with HIV-1 antigens as therapeutic vaccination. ⺠The design of the clinical trials varies greatly between groups. ⺠The results indicate that DC immunotherapy elicits immunological responses. ⺠A panel of experts in DC-based clinical trials in HIV-1 met at the end of 2010. ⺠This report summarizes the situation of the field and conclusions of this meeting.
