Abstract
⺠CnB is a strong stimulator of innate immunity. ⺠CnB-induced inflammatory cytokines production is dependent on integrin αM. ⺠CnB markedly increases the total anti-HBs in a dose and time dependent manner. ⺠CnB increases anti-HBs IgM and IgG titers and changes the balance of IgG2a and IgG1. ⺠Combined use of CnB and CpG further increases the production of protective antibodies.
