Abstract
⺠A systematic review of factors influencing pandemic influenza vaccination in healthcare workers. ⺠Many of the factors influencing pandemic vaccine uptake are similar to those of seasonal influenza. ⺠Some factors are unique to pandemic vaccine uptake in healthcare workers. ⺠Healthcare workers from different regions report similar pandemic vaccine attitudes/beliefs. ⺠Health Belief Model is useful for understanding pandemic vaccine behaviour of healthcare workers.
