Abstract
⺠A new method has been adapted for analysis of influenza vaccines. ⺠A new method was optimized for optimal reproducibility and ruggedness. ⺠A new method was verified with NIST Reference Standard and model proteins. ⺠A new method was applied to monovalent (pandemic) and trivalent (annual) vaccines. ⺠Results were compared with standard methods (HPLC, Western blot, SRID). ⺠Results provide quantitation of HA, NA and other proteins.
