Abstract
⺠We surveyed 522 nurses of whom 33% had been vaccinated against H1N1. ⺠Vaccination was significantly higher among male (56.7%) compared to female (32.1%) nurses. ⺠There were significantly different vaccination rates among nurses working in different clinical specialties. ⺠Vaccinated nurses were significantly more likely to report recommending H1NI vaccination to patients. ⺠Lack of knowledge and risk perception predicted the nurses' vaccination behaviours.
