Abstract

âº High doses of inactivated virus Ag induced full protection against SAV challenge. âº The full protection was associated with production of NAbs. âº CpG/poly I:C enhanced protection in the Low Ag groups without correlating to Nab levels. âº The CpG/poly I:C formulations upregulated IFN expression and enhanced NAb production.
