Abstract
► We investigate predictors of response to vaccination in young Gambian adults. ► We focus on both early-life and contemporary nutritional and environmental exposures. ► Pre-vaccination antibody titres were a consistent predictor of response to vaccination. ► No other consistent associations were observed.
