Abstract
⺠We evaluated the efficacy of a multi-agent DNA vaccine delivered by electroporation. ⺠The DNA vaccines encoded anthrax and plague antigens and elicited a Th1/Th2 response. ⺠Complimentary recombinant protein vaccines with alum elicited a Th2 response. ⺠The multi-agent vaccines were protective against anthrax and plague. ⺠Electroporation delivers and maintains the efficacy of an anthrax-plague DNA vaccine.
