Abstract
⺠Dengue is a serious disease and progress is being achieved in vaccine development. ⺠A vaccine's price affects its uptake and is influenced by the cost of production. ⺠We estimate production cost of a tetravalent live attenuated dengue vaccine. ⺠At 60 million doses produced annually, cost would be â¼$0.20 in 10-dose vials and â¼$0.70 in single-dose vials. ⺠The vaccine can be made available at a price that most ministries of health could afford.
