Abstract
⺠Ontario, Canada implemented a school-based HPV vaccination program in 2007. ⺠We surveyed Ontario Public Health Units to obtain vaccine coverage information. ⺠Provincial coverage estimates were: 51% (year 1), 58% (year 2), 59% (year 3). ⺠There was large variation in coverage by Public Health Unit. ⺠Ontario's coverage is lower than many other jurisdictions with school programs.
