Abstract
⺠We describe the first formulation of a virosomal fungal vaccine. ⺠Immunogenicity, protection and safety profile are reported for this new vaccine. ⺠This new formulation was highly effective against experimental candidal vaginitis. ⺠We significantly progressed in the perspective of a human anticandidal vaccine.
