Abstract
⺠We present a case of post-vaccination acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) following seasonal influenza vaccination. ⺠We perform a literature review on previously published cases of post-influenza vaccination ADEM. ⺠Physicians should be made aware of this rare but serious adverse event. ⺠Most cases display complete recovery. ⺠Brainstem dysfunction may serve as a poor prognostic indicator.
