Abstract
⺠We developed a neutralizing assay for measuring antiviral activity against CMV. ⺠This assay format is no longer relying on virus induced cytopathic effect and can be easily adapted to high throughput format. ⺠We demonstrated its utility to support clinical and vaccine studies.
