Abstract
⺠We modeled the impact and cost-effectiveness of HPV vaccination of males in the United States. ⺠The cost-effectiveness of male vaccination depended on vaccine coverage of females. ⺠HPV vaccination of 12-year-old males might potentially be cost-effective. ⺠Increasing female vaccine coverage could be more efficient than male vaccination.
