Abstract
⺠Chlamydia proteomic screen yielded T cell antigens for vaccine development. ⺠Screening of peripheral T cells can identify T cell antigens regardless of MHC allelic expression. ⺠Antigens stimulate polyfunctional CD4+ T cell and antibody responses. ⺠Vaccination provides long-lived protection against challenge.
