Abstract
⺠Inhibition of p38 MAPK increases transduction efficiency of moDCs by AAV2 vectors. ⺠Mutagenesis of serine residues increases transduction efficiency of moDCs by AAV2. ⺠Transduction of moDCs by mutant AAV2 does not induce phenotypic changes in these cells. ⺠DCs transduced with mutant AAV2 encoding a human telomerase stimulates specific CTLs.
