Abstract
⺠Y. pestis LcrV protein is targeted to dendritic cells via DEC-205 receptor. ⺠Mucosal immunity is induced by the vaccine through both s.c. and i.n. routes. ⺠Poly IC is an efficient mucosal adjuvant in the DEC-205 targeting strategy. ⺠Efficacy of the targeting vaccine is demonstrated in mucosal T and B cell immunity.
