Abstract
⺠Complete characterization of meningococcal X CPS by NMR spectroscopy. ⺠Stability evaluation of meningococcal X CPS by NMR and HPLC methodologies. ⺠Serogroup A CPS is more susceptible to hydrolytic degradation than serogroup X CPS. ⺠The stability of serogroup X CPS predicts the possibility of a fully-liquid vaccine.
