Abstract
⺠We estimated the cost-effectiveness of PCV-13 vaccination program. ⺠Invasive pneumococcal disease and acute otitis media cases would be avoided. ⺠S. pneumoniae related deaths would be averted. ⺠PCV-13 vaccination program would imply an increase in the overall cost of less than 9%. ⺠PCV-13 vaccination program would be a cost-effective intervention.
