Abstract
⺠We describe pregnancy outcomes among French women vaccinated with influenza vaccine. ⺠Compared with the general population, the risks of maternal conditions were not different. ⺠Malformation rate and neonatal conditions were also similar. ⺠No sign of safety concerns regarding A (H1N1)v vaccine in pregnancy has been revealed.
