Abstract
⺠Standards of antigen and neutralizing antibody for new EV71 vaccine were developed. ⺠These standards meet the specifications of WHO. ⺠The antigen standard was used to calibrate vaccine samples from several producers. ⺠The antibody reference panels effectively reduced the assay discrepancy. ⺠Standards are valuable for antigen content and immunogenictiy evaluation of vaccines.
