Abstract
⺠Replacement of LAV NS1 gene for an NS1 gene that matches the target agent of a flavivirus chimera improves potency and efficacy. ⺠Effect appears to be mediated by positive effect of NS1 immunity. ⺠Reduced interference if vector is re-used.
