Abstract
⺠Antimicrobial effectiveness of various preservatives for preparation of Prev(e)nar 13⢠multi-dose formulation was evaluated. ⺠Both single challenge method, recommended by various compendia, and WHO-recommended multi-challenge criteria were used for these evaluations. ⺠The ideal preservative was 2-Phenoxyethanol at 5 mg/dose.
