Abstract
⺠We designed a structure of dendritic tandem multiple hTERT antigenic peptides. ⺠We isolated myeloid dendritic cells and homologous T lymphocytes. ⺠Activation effects of homologous T lymphocytes agitated by MDC loaded with MAP were tested. ⺠Killing effect of activated T cells on corresponding tumor cells were detected. ⺠MAP combined MDC has the potential to become a powerful broad-spectrum anti-tumor vaccine.
