Abstract
⺠The antigen was purified from the culture supernatant of transfected human cells. ⺠The purified recombinant protein is immunogenic in mice after two injections. ⺠Formulation of the antigen with adjuvants enhanced the humoral immune responses. ⺠Formulation of antigen with polyphosphazene induced a mixed Th1/Th2-type response. ⺠The antigen retained its immunogenicity after storage at elevated temperature.
