Abstract
⺠Duration of immunity of marker vaccine candidate CP7_E2alf was assessed. ⺠Oral and intramuscular vaccination of pigs using GMP produced vaccine batches. ⺠Seroconversion in all intramuscularly and all but one orally vaccinated animals. ⺠Stable neutralizing antibody titres for at least 6 months after vaccination. ⺠Protection against lethal challenge with highly virulent CSFV was proven.
