Abstract
⺠Hib vaccine manufactured in small or large scale were equally immunogenic and safe. ⺠Both vaccines provided adequate seroprotection in the target population. ⺠Neither immunological interference nor increased reactogenicity was observed. ⺠Scaled up vaccine can be easily incorporated in the routine immunization programme.
