Abstract
⺠We evaluate the adjuvant effect of ArtinM and Jacalin in vaccination for neosporosis. ⺠Mice were immunized with Neospora antigen (NLA) associated or not with lectins. ⺠ArtinM increased NLA immunogenicity, IgG2a/IgG1 ratio, Th1 cytokine production. ⺠After challenge, ArtinM increased survival and decreased brain parasite burden. ⺠ArtinM showed stronger adjuvant effect than Jacalin in neosporosis vaccination.
