Abstract
► P2 (CpP2) is an important immunodominant marker in C. parvum infection. ► Mice immunized with a DNA vaccine encoding the C. parvum P2 antigen were able to elicithumoral and cellular responses. ► P2 antigen has potential to generate protective immunity against C. parvum infection.
