Abstract
⺠We utilize novel vaccine technology (SAVINE) for Mycobacterium tuberculosis. ⺠We deliver multiple antigens as single polypeptide via DNA and viral vectors. ⺠We demonstrate immune responses in C57BL/6 and BALB/c mice. ⺠We demonstrate protection in a murine model of tuberculosis with DNA-Savine. ⺠Co-delivery of TB and HIV-Savinesstimulate effective T-cell responses to each.
