Abstract
⺠We successfully amplified the cDNA of Père David's deer BAFF (miBAFF) from peripheral blood. ⺠Phylogenetic analysis exhibited this sequence has high homology with the mammals especially cow. ⺠We constructed fusion protein of the pSUMO-misBAFF and obtained purity misBAFF. ⺠The fusion protein misBAFF represents a readily obtainable source of biologically activity.
