Abstract
ResumenEl autor presenta las decisiones judiciales y doctrinales acerca del reconocimiento del matrimonio religioso extranjero. Descubre que la “forma” (su calificación) no ha sido el instrumento para reconocerlo. Se cuestiona si ese matrimonio en México es un problema de forma.
The author presents the legal and doctrinal decisions about religious marriage recognition abroad. He finds that the “form” (the qualification) has not been the instrument to recognize the marriage. It is questionable whether that marriage in Mexico is a problem of form.
