Abstract
⺠Toxoplasma gondii protects host cells from granzyme B-induced apoptosis. ⺠T. gondii prevents cleavage of granzyme B substrates in host cells âº. Reduced granzyme B activity is not due to abnormal granzyme uptake or trafficking. ⺠T. gondii inhibits the activity of granzyme B delivered by cytotoxic lymphocytes.
