Abstract
âºFirst study to examine dendritic cell (DC) maturation and function by Ascaris lumbricoides pseudocoelomic fluid (ABF). âºABF induces a Th2 immune response in the absence of DC co-stimulatory marker expression. âºDC maturation induces extracellular signal regulated kinase and nuclear factor-κB intracellular signalling pathways independently of Toll-like receptor 4 TLR4.
