Abstract
This paper examines the issue of the right to an adequate environment as a human right and access to environmental information as a fundamental part of that right, with an analysis of the complexity of environmental problems and how they require that all stakeholders involved in protecting the environment, which at the same time requires the availability of information on the part of the authorities.
