Abstract
An Integrated Library System (ILS) is an automated system, which usually consists of a number of functional modules, such as acquisitions, circulation, cataloging, serials, an OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) and so on. All of the functional modules share a common bibliographic database. In this paper we will investigate the application status of Integrated Library System in Chinese main academic libraries and make a comparative analysis of three sorts of domestic Integrated Library Systems.
