Abstract
⺠Library literature reveals an accepted reliance on vendor-supplied usage statistics. ⺠COUNTER-compliant statistics are increasingly available, but not ubiquitous. ⺠E-resources usage statistics are most effectively managed through a hybrid workflow. ⺠A hybrid workflow uses third-party products alongside homegrown solutions. ⺠The author presents a hybrid workflow based on existing standards and key principles.
