Abstract
Angioleiomyoma of the nasal septum is a rare and challenging clinical diagnosis that requires detailed histopathologic examination. The differential diagnosis includes a variety of epithelial and mesenchymal derived tumors. Literature review suggests a female predilection with possible hormonal influence.
