Abstract
⺠OpenURL menu users focus on full-text links and overlook additional features. ⺠Volunteers generally found bX recommendations useful. ⺠Users want options for obtaining help, even if it adds another step to the process. ⺠Users appreciate the inclusion of a journal's peer-reviewed status on the menu. ⺠Users would prefer to skip the OpenURL menu entirely and link directly to full text.
