Abstract
A series of single crystalline polyhedral spinel LiNixMn2-xO4 (0â¯â¤â¯xâ¯â¤â¯0.10) cathode materials were easily synthesized by a solution-combustion method. Unique single crystalline polyhedral structure and appropriate Ni-doping endow the as-obtained LiNi0.08Mn1.92O4 (LNMO-0.08) cathode with enhanced ultralong cycling performance (101.3â¯mAh/g in initial capacity at 1C and 56% in capacity retention after 2000â¯cycles).118
