Abstract
In November 2008 Michelle Williams interviewed Tina Feick, director of sales and marketing for North America at HARRASSOWITZ. Feick shares her views on how subscription agencies, publishers, libraries and the North American Serials Interest Group (NASIG) have changed over the last decade and how they have been affected by economic and technological factors like shrinking budgets and the growth of e-journals.
