Abstract
Our results indicate that hidrosadenitis suppurativa is significantly associated with an increased risk of spondyloarthritis, independently of age and sex. Patients with hidrosadenitis suppurativa presenting osteoarticular symptoms, specially low back pain or dactylitis, should be monitored for spondyloarthritis.
