Abstract
Subtle changes were observed in the proposed small airway indexes of IOS, spirometry, and exhaled NO among children with mild to moderate recurrent wheezing. Small airway dysfunction, expressed as ventilation inhomogeneity indexes and Calv, was also associated with asthma exacerbations and EIB.
