Abstract
La-doped Ba0.67Sr0.33TiO3 environmental ceramics were prepared using a solid method. The crystal structure was investigated with XRD and Raman spectroscopy. The results showed that La doping did not change the BST crystal structure. The electrical properties current-voltage (I-V) showed that proper La doping improve the semi-conductivity of the BST ceramics. They are insulators at other La concentrations. High levels of carrier electrons seriously disrupt the phonon vibration.
