Abstract
One of the most revealing things about nursing delegations abroad is that they are not one-size-fits-all. The exploration of new destinations satisfies our curiosity about how others deliver nursing and health care and deepens our knowledge as we learn about new places and ways to serve our communities both at home and abroad. What made our 2017 US and Cuban cross-cultural experience unique was our delegates- story writing as the main method of our qualitative research study.
