Abstract
Graphene oxide/hexagonal flower-like ZnO (GO/ZnO) micronanoparticles were prepared by hydrothermal method. The GO/ZnO was characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), the Raman spectroscopy (Raman), the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), the Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), diffuse spectroscopy and photoluminescence (PL). In addition, the photocatalytic activity of GO/ZnO was higher than pure ZnO under visible light. GO/ZnO micronanoparticles were successfully prepared via hydrothermal method having excellent photocatalytic activity at sewage.
