Abstract
The porphyrin-hetropolyacids (PM@HPA) hybrids display remarkable enhancement in nonlinear reverse saturable absorption and self-defocusing effect under open- and closed-aperture configuration respectively. The experimental results show that the electron transformation from the porphyrin moieties to hetropolyacid is responsible for the enhancement in NLO in the PM@HPA hybrids.321
