Abstract

In spite of certain expressive and compositional differences, Sapgir's and Aigi's poetics can be compared from the perspective of the post-avant-garde, with its interest in nonverbal elements as fundamental unities of poetic discourse. Elliptical constructions, gaps, white lines between verses and allusive grammatical structures are meant to underline the undefined components of poetic expression.
