Abstract
In the article the author sketches the personal and professional relations between Viktor Zhirmunskii and Mikhail Kuzmin (1917–1931). Included are seven letters from Zhirmunskii to Kuzmin, concerning a possible publication of Zhirmunskiiʼs study of Briusovʼs poetry and the publication of Kuzminʼs translation of Byronʼs Don Juan, respectively.
