Abstract
In the present paper an attempt is made to arrive at a systematic description of Kharms's life-creating model of behaviour, which runs through the sense-generating aspects of his activity. A central place is taken by the topics of “play” (Johan Huizinga's “Homo ludens”), “aesthetics of life”, and “masks”.
